Yes, I am eating... sort of. I have two liters of lemonade each day. Here is a breakdown of the recipe.
Start with Organic Lemons


Add lemon juice to 2 Liters of filtered water

Use Grade "B" Pure Maple syrup, found at Whole Foods, Trader Joes, or any health food market

Add 14 tablespoons of syrup to the mixture. This is to sweeten and provide calories for the day

Finally, splash a half teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper into the lemonade. Sounds much grosser than it actually is. I was surprised myself the first time I tried it.

And voila, a detoxing Carina
During this time I won't be working out, at least not vigorously. Some walking and yoga seem sufficient to keep moving. Nothing like last time, where I decided to hike in the Holllywood Hills, finding myself lost and 10 miles from my car until I finally got the smarts to call a cab and take me back... 6 hours later.
So far, I'm still going strong. I started having detox headaches last night from my caffeine, sugar, preservatives withdrawal. Luckily that seems to have passed over night.

Thanks for the clarification. You are hard core lady! I don't know how anyone could stick with the same taste in their mouth for 10 days! Or without food...I'm starving just thinking of you. Keep up the good work!
