I just love you in your beautiful dress, Carina, & slobbo in his white T and black pants provides a nice contrast...that's how they often take fashion pictures with real models (as real as these people are, anyway -) with contrasts.
Anyway, I've been wanting to stick my nose in you all's affairs and wonder why you guys haven't thought about buying a home? Interest rates are at an time low & we all know that it's a buyers' market, and will be for some time to come. If you guys don't want to stay in Austin, chances are you'll be able to sell the property with a handsome profit...think about. it! Also, you won't have to worry any longer about landlords, pets, houes being sold from under you derriere, etc. It's a deal that can't be beat in this day & age, is my opinion.
