Yikes. I am hungry! Work has been ridiculous. We are filming a promo DVD at work, and you can bet there will some excellenct stories where that came from. As a teaser, I'll leave you with a quote directed to me earlier today, "So we'll have you take your top off, and then come back to shoot."
I wish there was a way to post the delicious savory smell cooking in the kitchen for lunch today. It was divine, which also means, torture. Here's a shot of the meatloaf and rosemary potatoes everyone else was privy to enjoy.
I just have to keep my eyes on the prize.

I think you need to be more specific about what this master cleanse of yours entails. Are you eating at all? I hope you're not trying to run during this time!
