This just in... Ashlee Simpson is allegedly preggers. Stories broke this morning from US Weekly, Comcast, TMZ, and others. Although this has yet to be confirmed by Ashlee's party, fiancee Pete Wentz issued a statement that the story is untrue. I suppose only time and a growing baby bump will tell.Ashlee is potentially joining peer Jamie Lynn Spears as the younger, less successful sister who has found catching the epidemic a great way to steal the spotlight (as if last week's engagement announcement wasn't enough).
I wonder what overly involved papa Joe has to say about this. Clearly, Ashlee didn't follow in bigger sis' virginity footsteps.
